Master of Counselling Psychology

In Seda’s work as a psychologist she has seen despair, fear, entrenched patterns of dysfunctional behaviour, as well as post-traumatic growth, strengthened connections, and humans’ remarkable capacity for courage and resilience. She is passionate about supporting individuals to increase their self-awareness, and grow their confidence.

Seda has been awarded a Master of Counselling Psychology at Swinburne University. She has worked in both community service and educational settings and has experience working with clients across the lifespan. Her main therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Seda has a special interest in working with young people and adults on issues such as mood and anxiety disorders, stressful life situations and transitions, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health. Seda is also bilingual and speaks Turkish fluently.

Seda offers sessions from our Coburg office on Tuesday and Fridays.
